Ulu Pandan Star Programme is a joint initiative between Ulu Pandan PAP Community Foundation (PCF) and Ulu Pandan Citizen Consultative Committee’s (CCC) – Community Development & Welfare Fund Subcommittee (CDWF). The programme works in collaboration with caring and responsible Youth leaders from various Junior Colleges for the benefit of children from underserved families in Ulu Pandan. Mission:Offer students from underserved families in Ulu Pandan a conducive learning and growing environment, as well as opportunities for students to better themselves.Vision:To be the 2nd home providing comfort and stability to our students.To develop our students holistically to become STARS and inspire them to take ownership of their lives. |
